Crafty Girls Croner - Challenge 18 Sketch
When applying top coats to images, either as for example glues with glitter or liquid pearls due to the mixed media, particularly inkjet it just makes the colours run, for another example, say Glossy Accents, due I suppose to being water based. So nail varnish - bridges the gap!
