MoJo Monday - Challenge 387 Sketch
Added: A note about nail varnish and this one included the glitter (in it) it was going cheap! £7 and got it for £1.99. It tends to work well on WATERBASE colouring, i.e. inkjet, it can make it shine & give texture, rather like water does on pebbles. The examples on this card was on the ''Greetings'' the butterfly which I used brown craft card and the bottom band. Nail varnish and I suppose there are other products used i.e. for decoupage, works well when you can't use Glossy accents, which is water based. Rather like the Memento for Promarkers and Stazon for other medium saga. (Rimmel, Glitter Bomb, top coat ''Bling thing'')
For real? Nail polish? I am definitely giving that a try!! Thanks for the tip. I have some bottles which have been sitting around unused for way too long. :-) Gorgeous card.
ReplyDeleteThanks for replying. I've added a further note above. But it's always worth trying any clear nail varnish or stuff you just don't use anymore.
ReplyDeleteOh, this is so pretty! Love the glitz on your die cuts. Will have to take a look at my long forgotten bottles of nail polish. :) Thanks for playing along with Mojo Monday!
