I've usually used rub-ons to tint white or light card. This time I used it on dark areas and I have to say it was a wonderful result, particularly on the leaves. Unfortunately the photo .... as usual don't catch the glimmer.

How this was done, using basic .psp clipart 

Next comes the magic.  I have been using Paint Shop Pro for many years and probably would still be playing with it, since it really is endless, the combinations.  The making of background papers etc.  But for this one, I've done various layers, behind the graphics, then three layers on top, peeling them away (erasing) in ad hoc way.  This is a screen shot of programme, to the right you'll see the layers.

This represents a better colour, than I got with the scanning of the card

Similar, limited can be achieved for FREE using paint.nett

This really is a beautiful stamp and I probably would have got better results stamping on another card stock.  I did it Friday evening and I have been pondering it ever since - I know I have had better results, but I didn't want layers.  Oh for the longer day light hours of summmer.
