  3. Hi Huny, thank you for your lovely comments on my blog, I really appreciate them. I love your card btw, how did you get the pattern behind the images? Your fairies are really cute! Crafty hugs, Sarah xxx

    1. Sarah - thank you. Now you have started me off. When I first started making cards it was because I used Paint Shop Pro - which is a graphics programme. You can use Paint.nett which is FREE. But the basics to this type of background, is to render the digi to transparency - if you pop back though my blog you'll see some samples. It can only be done if the digi images are fully drawn lines. So once that is done you place the background under the digi. Most of the backgrounds I use, I have created using Paint Shop pro \ ink jet printed. It's handy also to use an almost colour wash\ fade with digi images then complete the detail and feature with promarkers. My only problem with card making is really I cast my net too wide, you name I've tried it. A Jack (Jill) of all trades and master of none. I can just about work out sizing and leave sufficient room to use printed digi physically mask & then stamp. A right mix and match.
