About the insert, once the template has been made it's easy just to repeat it twice, add some more text and make the insert. Usually I personalize these - but it's wasted effort not to use the existing template.
I do have difficulty with my camera & photography, even though I waited for natural daylight. So I've scanned & reposted. This is the original :(.....
